Our Terms
Shipping is currently to Australia only, and we offer free shipping on all orders above $110. Orders under $110 will incur a $10 delivery fee that is added at checkout.
Your order will be on its way in 1-2 business days, and we’ll update you with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our Brisbane warehouse. We work with a number of delivery partners based on your location, however you can always contact us directly if you have any questions about the delivery of your order. We will always endeavour to get in touch with you if there are any delays or updates with your order. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the status of your order.
If you aren’t happy with your order from iconchef.com.au please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please make sure to keep the original packaging & product in saleable condition so we can provide the greatest number of options to remedy your concerns.
All Icon Chef products are covered by the warranty guarantees set out by the ACCC, and a number of our products feature a warranty above and beyond your consumer rights. Please check the product description for products that feature an extended warranty, and the ACCC website to see your rights as an Australian consumer.
